Can I combine multiple orders or add additional items to my order once it has been placed?
Unfortunately, we are unable to combine multiple orders or add additional items to an order once it has been placed. We are only able to cancel orders and/or cancel selected item(s) before the order has shipped. Once an order is canceled, it may take up to 24 hours before you are able to place a new order for the same items. Please note, if you cancel your order, you run the risk that your selected merchandise will be out of stock.
Q:How do I cancel my order?
To cancel your order online, log in to My Account and click on the Order Number that has items you want to cancel. Check the items in your order that you'd like to cancel then click 'Cancel Checked Items'. If your order was eligible for cancellation, the next screen will say: "Thanks! Your cancellation request has been successfully processed!"

How do I track my order?
You will receive an email containing the tracking number and a link to track your order as soon as it is shipped.

Next Day Shipping, delivery next working day if order is placed before 2 pm PST $24.95

Orders take 2 to 3 days to process, and delivery times are estimated from the day of shipping.

Do you offer international shipping?

At this time orders may only be shipped to United States and Territories.

 What if I received a damaged, defective or wrong item?

Should you receive a damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s), please email us at before you start the return process so we can help make it right.

What is your return policy?

Before requesting a return, please make sure the products comply with all the following conditions, in accordance with our terms of purchase:

  • The products must be in their unused, original condition, with all tags, including but not limited to, security tags attached and any special packaging and accessories included (incomplete, damaged, worn or altered items will not be accepted). Any item returned without the original tags attached or damaged tags may not qualify for a refund.
  • The return must be requested within 21 days from the delivery of the order.
  • The products must be shipped back via our provided courier.

How long does it take to process a refund?

It can take around two weeks for your return package to reach us and be processed by our returns team. You will be notified by email once your refund has been applied.

The refund will be applied to the credit card or other method of payment initially used to make the purchase. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be reflected on your statement if you used a credit card

What is the shipping cost to return an item?

Do you ship to PO boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?Shipments can be sent to both, PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses. Expedited shipping is not available to these address types.

Are the shipping time-frames listed on your website guaranteed?

Yes. We strive to fulfill all of the orders that we process within the quoted time-frames. However, we accept no responsibility for packages that do not arrive within a stated time-frame due to extreme weather conditions or a force majeure.

MAFIA e-Gift Cards are only available for immediate delivery to the recipient via email and only one e-Gift Card per order. Note that when you purchase an e-Gift Card with other items, you will receive two separate order confirmations.
