Returns & Refund Policy

We gladly accept returns within 21 days of the delivery date.

Before requesting a return, please make sure the products comply with all the following conditions, in accordance with our terms of sale:

• The products must be in their unused, original condition, with all tags, including but not limited to, security tags attached and any special packaging and accessories included (incomplete, damaged, worn or altered items will not be accepted). Any item returned without the original tags attached or damaged tags may not qualify for a refund.
• The products must be shipped back via our provided courier.

To request a return please email us at contact@mafia.com. Return shipping is free; we will email you a prepaid return label.

Note that it can take around two weeks for your return package to reach us and be processed by our returns team. You will be notified by email once your refund has been applied.

The refund will be applied to the credit card or other method of payment initially used to make the purchase. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be reflected on your statement if you used a credit card
